What You Will Do:
- Execute and operationalize partner enablement and go-to-market programs.
- Deliver partner-facing resources, training, and sales tools in collaboration with Channel Leadership.
- Generate pipeline for Account Executives and support in pitches, RFPs, and finalist presentations.
About You:
- 3-5+ years of experience working with employee benefits brokers.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong referral partners.
- Located in or around San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles Metro Area, or San Diego.
Compensation:
- This is a full-time, exempt position with an OTE of $150,000-$170,000 based on experience.
- The role offers an 80/20 base/variable split.
