Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and develop business cases, strategies, and scopes of work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 3+ years in B2B partner management.
  • Experience managing referral, affiliate, channel, or strategic partnerships with measurable results.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary $100,000 - $120,000; total salary plus annual variable $125,000 - $150,000.
  • Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and more.
  • Remote role; may require in-office attendance if near a Scorpion office.
