You will create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that help GoTo channel partners achieve a healthy pipeline.

As an Associate Partnership Manager - Product, you will be responsible for building and scaling a robust technology partner ecosystem that enhances Engine’s presence in the TravelTech market. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our partners are well-equipped to generate qualified leads and contribute to our revenue growth.

Oversee and optimize Garner's health plan and service provider partnerships, resulting in revenue growth opportunities. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of strategic, growth-oriented partners, ensuring strong collaboration across functions and departments within Garner and at partners to maximize performance. The Director will play a key role in scaling Garner’s core business.
