Role Overview:
- Lead the full lifecycle of professional learning for ASU Prep Global's school and district partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across Arizona, the U.S., and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized, outcome-based professional development in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings.
- Manage partner accounts, drive renewal and revenue growth through data and satisfaction.
- Coordinate facilitators, operations, and logistics for all partnership PD.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; 5+ years K-12 experience and 3+ years designing professional learning.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with Salesforce and Canvas.
- Ability to travel 20-25% and pass a fingerprint clearance card.
