Serve as the strategic and technical leader for product quality across cutting-edge cell therapy programs. Oversee quality strategy and implementation across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with business objectives. Provide technical oversight for CMOs, lead risk management initiatives, and drive operational excellence.

You will advance Monzo’s strategic goals and support our growth by delivering impactful and effective Third Party Risk Management. You will design, implement and manage operational processes to enhance how Monzo manages Third Party Risk. You will have a pivotal role in developing sustainable ways to meet our regulatory requirements.

You’ll play a critical role in nurturing and expanding Solera’s ecosystem of industry-leading point-solution partners. As the primary relationship owner for key partners, you'll work collaboratively to build trust, drive performance, and accelerate shared success. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of integrated digital health by shaping how condition-specific solutions come together to deliver whole-person care and measurable health outcomes.
