Responsibilities:

  • Build Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, and partner expectation management with industry, regional, and product focus.
  • Sell, solve, and deliver growth by planning for success through target agreements, capacity planning, and investment roadmaps.
  • Manage the Partner Ecosystem via readiness assessments, milestone tracking, roadmap sessions, and regular health analysis and metrics reporting.

Ecosystem Management:

  • Drive Ecosystem Governance through stakeholder communication, execution plans, dashboard preparation, and global regional interlocks.
  • Direct and align partner investment in ServiceNow with areas of greatest opportunity and ensure alignment with partner corporate missions.
  • Accelerate platform growth via joint GTM plans aligned to Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success requirements.

Operational Execution:

  • Drive regular partner cadence including pipeline reviews, operational excellence, QBRs, and EBCs for executive alignment.
  • Develop and execute capacity plans to ensure partners are positioned to sell and deliver successful customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint, closed-loop demand generation plans and events.
