This role works closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams as part of the Operations team to support the needs of a fast-moving, high-growth organization.

Clinical Program Director, Med-Psych Management Program

The Program Director will build best in class teams to deliver a successful Population Health Management Program (SPHMP) across multiple partners/locations for all stakeholders - individual members, health plan partners, and Mindoula. They will attract, train, and motivate a talented team to implement and deliver Mindoula’s SPHMP and the expected outcomes. Implementation and delivery includes executing on all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, as well as delivering on partner and company clinical and business goals and objectives. The Program Director also will provide clinical oversight to the team, to ensure that all interventions, interactions, and services are delivered to meet and exceed quality expectations.
