• Own the AWS Marketplace relationship end-to-end and lead the initial build-out of our Marketplace foundation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Select AWS Account Executives (AEs), Solution Architects and vertical overlays.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive deal registration, ensuring we do not rely on AEs alone to move deals forward.

• Own the execution and growth of the Five9 partnership in the US and Canada.
• Enable pipeline and revenue, working closely with Cresta and Five9 field teams.
• Track key partnership KPIs including pipeline, bookings, win rates, and engagement metrics.
