Job Description
The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with 1Password’s long-term vision. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and establishing strategic partnerships that drive customer growth, product innovation, and market differentiation. You will build and nurture deep, C-level relationships with key technology, cybersecurity, and cloud partners, owning the lifecycle of partnerships from initial engagement through ongoing collaboration, negotiation and expansion. Close partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams is required to ensure partnerships are seamlessly integrated and deliver measurable impact. The role also requires championing a cross-functional approach to partnership execution and operational excellence, leveraging industry knowledge in software, cybersecurity, identity, and privacy to identify market trends and partnership opportunities. This role includes building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous development, as well as representing 1Password at key industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
