Siteline is looking for a Partnerships Manager. As the first partnerships hire, there's a unique opportunity to set strategy and build processes. The role involves steering the vision and direction of partnerships, developing, managing, and scaling alliances and channel partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand market reach. The role includes working cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success, presenting at conferences and on webinars, and leveraging the existing customer base to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, building relationships with partners, setting goals, and tracking performance metrics. The candidate will represent Siteline at industry events, communicate partner feedback to product teams, and use Salesforce to track partnership performance.
The role requires 3+ years in construction, 2+ years in a revenue-generating role, public speaking experience, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
