As the Enablement Lead for our Agency Partners, you'll design scalable enablement programs that accelerate partner revenue growth, reduce time-to-proficiency, and create sustainable business models around our platform. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Education amongst others, you'll help transform how agencies leverage Webflow to deliver exceptional client work, and establish Webflow as the platform of choice for agencies seeking profitable and sustainable growth. Design and implement scalable enablement programs that accelerate partner proficiency. Establish effective co-selling frameworks and processes that align our sales organization with Partner Management motions, in order to maximum Partner revenue.
