- Partner with leadership across Marketing, Product, and Sales on Product Marketing initiatives.
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for product launches.
- Conduct market and buyer research, including win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Build and scale Sparrow's go-to-market motion with strategic partners, including HRIS, insurance carriers, and payroll systems.
- Own pipeline generation, closed-won, and retention business through partnerships.
- Manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across partners.
