Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead relationship manager for complex, high-revenue accounts across P&C and Life & Health lines.
- Manage renewals, marketing to carriers, coverage negotiations, and claims advocacy.
- Lead internal teams and mentor junior staff to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience with a strong track record.
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses; advanced certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU) preferred.
- Proficiency in AMS360 and excellent client-facing communication skills.
