Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts up to $10MM in annual premium.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and coverage questions.
- Own the renewal process end to end, including proactive renewal conversations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial P&C experience in account management, brokerage, or customer success.
- Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, and servicing requirements.
Work Environment:
- Remote-first role, work from anywhere in the US.
- NYC office available for in-person collaboration.
