Commercial Transactions
The Role:
- Join our legal team supporting global ecommerce fraud prevention.
- Report to the Head of Commercial Legal and lead contracts managers.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex subscription and partnership agreements.
- Support global sales teams across U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and South America.
- Advise on commercial and vendor transactions with practical judgment.
Qualifications:
- JD, active U.S. state bar, 5-10+ years in commercial tech transactions.
- Clear communicator with project management skills in fast-paced environments.
Compensation:
- Base salary $170k-$210k plus equity, bonus, unlimited PTO, and benefits.
