About the Role:
- Join a small, productive Legal & Regulatory team.
- Report to General Counsel; growth opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Act as legal swiss-army knife across commercial and regulatory matters.
- Structure contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Engage with regulators and manage outside counsel.
Who You Are:
- 7-12 years commercial/regulatory experience; self-motivated and business-minded.
- State bar admission in good standing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- NYC pay range $225,000-$250,000/year; stock options and medical benefits.
