Help scale and modernize payments infrastructure during a pivotal transformation. Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and external vendors—translating business needs into robust technical solutions. Be instrumental in establishing alerting and monitoring systems for MID health, dispute thresholds, retry logic, and processing costs. Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools for proactive debugging, anomaly detection, and operational optimization.

As an Instructional & Enablement Analyst, you will design impactful training materials and analyze quality and training data to continually improve training effectiveness, contributing to the overall success and development of our agents, and enhance the quality of customer interactions and supporting continuous development within our customer service team.

As the Manager, Treasury you will be responsible for supporting our Finance team with all initiatives around liquidity and cash planning, foreign exchange, investments, and bank relationships. You will bring expert-level modeling skills and a strong foundation in treasury to the team; and will work on high-impact projects for our Leadership team to make better decisions that will drive business growth.

In this Security Software Engineer role you will be responsible for authoring, maintaining, and extending software to improve the security of our product. You’ll contribute to our web service code and cloud infrastructure, updating and hardening our products against attacks and implementing secure architecture patterns. You’ll review engineering design docs, operate security tooling, and create automation to improve the velocity of our security operations processes.

This is a foundational role for Super.com’s new Incubation Hub, a startup within Super.com tasked with finding the next big thing in the Super.com suite of products. The mission is to play a consultative role with ideation while formulating the marketing mix to support these new businesses launched. This role will encompass strategy, remote and in-person stakeholder management, account and relationship management, P&L responsibility, tactical campaign execution, and project management.

This foundational role for Super.com’s new Incubation Hub is a startup-like experience inside a successful company, where you'll help shape the next big thing at Super.com. You will lead a Mission-Aligned Team to identify a new possible business and product for Super.com to pursue where you will rapidly validate ideas, and bring them to market from 0 to 1.
