As the Staff Product Manager for the Earnings team, you will be the strategic and executional lead for our earnings ecosystem. You’ll define and deliver the vision for how users discover, engage with, and grow their earnings over time - while ensuring that our best earners become and remain high-retention Super+ members. This is a high-visibility role that requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Lead a team of engineers, contribute to DevOps strategy and infrastructure decisions, and improve developer happiness and productivity. You will empower developers to use AI, deliver cost savings, build AWS cloud infrastructure, and ensure its high availability, all while growing top engineering talent.

This high-impact opportunity allows you to join a growing accounting team as the Company continues to scale, supporting the Company’s external financial reporting and playing a key role in shaping accounting policies and controls from scratch. Work cross-functionally with visibility into strategic transactions and key business initiatives in a dynamic environment.

This role involves leading a Mission-Aligned Team to identify new business opportunities for Super.com, working with engineers, a designer, and a growth lead to validate ideas and bring them to market, focusing on 0→1 product development rather than optimizing existing features.

In this newly created role, you will optimize complex dispute workflows to balance financial performance and compliance. Manage service providers and in-house analysts, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive positive change in dispute-affected areas. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on representment experience with both fraud and non-fraud cases.

As a full-stack engineer, you will be a key technical contributor on our teams, tackling technical challenges spanning both frontend and backend web development work. This will include building features for fintech, travel, eCommerce, and superapp products along with the engines and frameworks that power them. You will work with React on the frontend, and a combination of Python and Node microservices on the backend.

This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in building and developing our credit building hub, while maintaining cohesion with our other fintech tools, and our overall Super.com product ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate clear strategies into beautiful designs that meet our user needs and drive business impact.
