The Senior AEVO Quality Lead is a high-impact individual contributor role that reports directly to the Senior Manager, Agent Enablement & Vendor Operations, responsible for evolving the Quality strategy across Super.com ’s outsourced BPO network and internal stakeholders. This individual will lead quality calibration initiatives, own QA insights frameworks, and partner closely with vendors and internal AEVO Specialists to drive performance through data.

Drive the vision, strategy and execution of engagement and retention initiatives for Super+ members, evolve the S+ Travel experience, and lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) to achieve quarterly goals. Gather buy-in from stakeholders on a roadmap, execute on it, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share learnings and avoid feature collisions.

This is a high-impact, high-value role within our rapidly growing Lifecycle Management team. The team is responsible for building an LCM program that will soon serve as a core pillar of member success and retention. This role combines strategy, stakeholder engagement, account and relationship management, and project management.

Looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the growing Data & Analytics team. As a Sr. Analytics Engineer, evolve the foundational data infrastructure to primarily support the finance department. You will own the analytics infrastructure end-to-end -- from data ingestion, to reporting, to activation -- ensuring high data quality and availability for data sets. Work with the business, engineering, and analytics teams to lay the foundation for effective reporting and analysis.
