As the Government Affairs Director, you will drive public policy and advocacy efforts at the federal level, responsible for shaping legislative and regulatory strategies, engaging with policymakers, and ensuring that our policy priorities support the growth and impact of digital mental health.

This role requires extensive cross-group collaboration along with exceptional strategic planning, critical thinking, communication, partnership and brokering skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategy, tactics, and content in support of company goals, identifying and influencing proposed legislation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Policy Liaison with experience in drafting comments for public consultations, preparing briefings, memos, presentations, conducting research, and keeping all business stakeholder teams informed. Specific LATAM experience related to network fees, telecom policy, and/or telecom regulatory environments is required.
