We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to build and lead this function from the ground up. This is a foundational role for how we tell the XBOW story to the world. You’ll report to the CEO, and work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define positioning, shape messaging, and lead launches across a product that spans AI, security, and developer tooling.
You will work alongside Strategic Program Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure customers realize the full value of XBOW through actionable, expert insights. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including developers, AppSec engineers, and security leaders—both within customer organizations and internally.
We’re looking for a technical-minded Customer Success Manager to join our founding Customer Success team and help scale a growing and diverse customer base, ensuring a smooth, reliable experience across the customer journey—while stepping in with just the right level of support as needed. This role blends customer-facing empathy with a TPM’s mindset.
Partner with strategic enterprise customers and help them operationalize AI-driven offensive security at scale. Drive seamless onboarding, deep product adoption, and measurable impact within large and complex security organizations. Act as a trusted advisor on how to integrate autonomous pentesting into modern security programs.
