Be a founding member of the product marketing function at XBOW, working closely with the founders, product team, and early go-to-market team to shape how products are brought to market and tell a story to customers, defining positioning and messaging, driving key launches, and building the foundational marketing assets that power sales and growth efforts. This is a high-impact IC role for someone who loves turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
As an SDR you will be a critical part of building XBOW's pipeline from the ground up. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you'll identify prospects, generate demand, and engage with potential customers, directly contributing to the growth and success of our sales organization. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on IT and corporate security engineer to support and secure our internal systems, infrastructure, and workforce, helping onboard new team members, manage devices and access, automate workflows, and ensure a strong compliance and security posture as we grow.
