Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited university.
- Membership in a Canadian provincial or territorial law society.
- 2+ years of experience as a tech legal counsel (in-house or law firm).
