Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including advertising, sponsorships, licensing, and partnerships.
- Manage legal intake processes and improve contract templates and playbooks.
- Advise product and revenue teams on new initiatives and emerging business matters.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant legal experience with in-house commercial legal experience.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach to risk.
- Ability to operate independently and advise senior business leaders.
