About the Role:
- Nielsen seeks a business-oriented lawyer to join the Product & Digital Support team.
- You will support Nielsen's Audience Measurement business and work closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for partnerships, product development, distribution, and sales.
- Identify and manage contractual, regulatory, privacy, and other legal risks.
- Draft and negotiate agreements with networks, streaming services, and data suppliers.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or technology practice at a law firm or in-house.
- Working knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, and technology laws.
- A Juris Doctor degree and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
