About the Role:
- Opportunity for an experienced legal professional to shape corporate strategy in a globally distributed technology business.
- Lead complex corporate, securities, M&A, and governance matters while advising stakeholders on critical decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure global securities law compliance and support board governance and subsidiary management.
- Oversee employee equity programs and lead legal execution of fundraising, M&A, and strategic investments.
- Develop scalable legal processes and advise on IP, licensing, and open-source considerations.
Requirements:
- JD from a US-accredited law school, bar admission, and at least five years of legal practice.
- Strong expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and international subsidiary management.
- Experience with equity programs, financing rounds, and M&A; familiarity with open-source licensing is a plus.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of USD 180,000–300,000 paid in local currency.
