About the role:
- Lead in-house legal work across contracts, employment, privacy, open source, and corporate governance.
- Report to the CFO and partner with the CEO and leadership team.
What you'll do:
- Review, draft, and negotiate customer, partner, reseller, and vendor agreements, NDAs, and order forms.
- Own contract templates and playbooks, including AI, data, and security provisions.
- Advise on data privacy, open source licensing, and manage outside counsel and budget.
What we're looking for:
- JD from an accredited law school and active US state license.
- 7–10 years of commercial legal experience; in-house SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Strong judgment, organization, and clear communication.
