You will own Hex's contracts end to end, from enterprise deals to vendors and AI partners.
You'll join a small, AI-forward legal team and report to the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities:

You will manage everyday agreements: NDAs, events, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships.
You will explain data handling and AI to customers, and sharpen playbooks.
You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to find the path to yes.

Qualifications:

You are a licensed attorney with 7+ years of B2B SaaS commercial contracting experience.
You have deep knowledge of data, privacy, security, and AI terms.
You are excited about AI and have strong relationship-building skills.
