About the Role:
- Serve as the primary contracts partner for EMEA sales and professional services teams.
- Review and negotiate software license, SaaS, service provider, and support agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and sovereignty regulations across regions.
- Support the Deal Desk and Bid Desk with tenders and special licensing provisions.
- Enable collaboration across Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial legal experience in an international in-house environment.
- Legal or commercial degree and excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive communicator comfortable working remotely.
