What You Will Do:
- Lead commercial contract negotiations for customers across EMEA and the US.
- Advise on liability, IP, privacy, and security terms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Security on customer matters.
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years' legal experience with strong SaaS and technology contract expertise.
- Qualification as a solicitor or lawyer in Ireland, England and Wales, or another EU jurisdiction.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations and operate autonomously.
