Help establish QAD's global Legal Operations Center and modernize templates, playbooks, and workflows.
Use legal AI platforms and technology to optimize contract review and operational efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance:

Monitor emerging AI and data privacy regulations, including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
Adapt commercial positions and customer-facing terms as regulatory environments evolve.
