Role:
- Serve as the company's top legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive team.
- Report to the COO and lead the contracts team.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee contracts, compliance, risk mitigation, disputes, governance, employment, privacy, and product matters.
- Lead the legal department and manage outside counsel.
Requirements:
- JD and active bar membership, with 10+ years in practice and 3+ in-house.
- Strong construction law and commercial contracting experience.
