Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead the Inbound and Outbound sales teams, ensuring every customer touchpoint provides excellent support and strategic selling. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource allocation, performance, pipeline management, coaching, development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning. The manager will host daily standups, review sales KPIs, assign leads, and deliver ongoing feedback. They will also work with Marketing, Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement, Product, and Member Engagement. Furthermore, they will drive execution against revenue targets and own territory segmentation for high-value prospects.
