Job Description
The Senior Director of Sales Engineering will support Axon's Enterprise team. Core responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Leadership to develop strategies and tactics to advance growth, challenging the team to grow their knowledge and skills, evaluating markets and data to make necessary changes, and providing technical insights to stakeholders. The candidate should have expertise in product knowledge, industry knowledge, solution architecture, demo skills, discovery, and RFP/RFI responses.
They should also have knowledge of the sales process, negotiation skills, customer focus, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, they should have effective leadership and management skills, proficient communication skills, adaptability, project management skills, customer relationship management skills, and data analysis comprehension.
