Define, design and execute a comprehensive learning and development program to educate and train our sales team on Cority Software. The Sales Learning and Development Specialist will create a curriculum to ensure the sales team has the product knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their respective roles and leverage the full potential of Cority software. It is envisioned that they will develop and expand the function to support a formal Cority Sales Certification program.
