Job Description
The Revenue Enablement Specialist will help accelerate the time-to-value for our customers while navigating internal processes, streamlining communication, managing complex workflows, and ensuring alignment between clients and our teams, you will help increase revenue retention and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be a Hyper Care connection between Sales and long-term Client Development reporting to the VP of Sales Growth.
Main responsibilities include being the post-Sale Handoff & Contract Facilitator, owning the customer journey immediately after verbal commitment, managing the contract submission workflow, including gathering approvals, uploading materials, and coordinating signoffs, leading the customer-facing security review process collaborating with internal security, legal, and technical team members; and, being our client's liaison through implementation scheduling, kickoff, and onboarding and leading a 30–90 day "Hyper Care" phase.
