We’re seeking a sharp, strategic, and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Media and Research organization. This role is critical to aligning and optimizing how we acquire, retain, and grow client relationships across our syndicated research, advanced advertising, and data businesses. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop a unified strategy for revenue growth, supporting everything from pipeline generation to renewal optimization.

This role enables sellers to be more efficient, stay focused on winning business and ensure a smooth customer experience. An ideal candidate is proactive, deadline driven with an eye for process improvement. They are responsible for creating/updating sales opportunities in CRM, managing tasks to progress opportunities to revenue and helping to drive the development of the order to invoice cycle.
