The Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Sales team and is responsible for supporting our Field Sales & Channel business, helping administer the CRM system, providing user support and problem resolution for users, assist in implementation processes, reports and dashboard creation, and implementation of workflow and validation rules. This individual will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM & PBI platforms.

Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present finding on performance. Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to identify, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and presentations to Sales Development leadership and other stakeholders within the broader Marketing org. Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for sales process optimizations.
