Support pre-sale ideation, developing strategic and customized media plans primarily focused on custom content campaigns. This role is responsible for creating plans that align with client KPIs, enhance client satisfaction, and support overall campaign success. Develop tactical media plans using BDG or client-provided templates.

Lead and coach Sales Qualification Coordinators (SQCs) to achieve and exceed SQL conversion targets. Develop and implement a structured Outbound Prospecting Strategy for Growth Sales Teams (GST). Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Operations within the Growth Sales Leadership Team.

Manage and optimize sales processes, data systems, and compensation structures to drive sales performance. Oversee Sales Operations, ensuring seamless integration between sales tools and business operations and design and optimize sales compensation programs. Role reports to the Head of Revenue and supports the sales team and business objectives.
