- Act as a strategic Business Partner to BUILD and SCALE Program Leads.
- Design and implement standardized onboarding, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Identify friction points across BUILD and SCALE workflows and deploy automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Responsible for creating effective learning experiences that help our GTM teams ramp quickly.
- Designing and leading onboarding, while also supporting the broader enablement programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on product and skills-based enablement, and use automation and AI to streamline how our teams learn.
- Design and implement intelligent, scalable GTM workflow automations.
- Lead AI-first initiatives in lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and management.
- Build AI-driven solutions (predictive lead scoring, intent-based segmentation, sales/CS copilots: smart summaries, call analysis, automated follow-ups).
