About the Role:
- Own the customer lifecycle for RC Capital, our fintech product.
- Evaluate leads, onboard customers, and support them once live.
What You'll Do:
- Run the full sales cycle and manage client relationships.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and track pipeline performance.
- Ship automations to improve customer experience and scale.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in client-facing sales, account management, or support.
- 1-2 years in marketing/growth with CRM and analytics tools.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
