The Sales Support Associate supports regional sales teams and provides superior customer support on questions regarding Billing, Service Changes, and basics of Customer Contractual Obligations. The goal is to become an expert in the sales process and systems, developing the skills needed to research and troubleshoot specific Customer issues. Ultimately, the Sales Support Associate’s goal is to support the sales teams by increasing their selling time and to better service TierPoint’s clients.
