Job Description
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will develop and implement an enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness, aligned with Proof's business goals.
Analyze and optimize sales stages, cycles, and motions to eliminate bottlenecks and improve effectiveness.
Create and deliver training programs to accelerate ramp time and ongoing skill development. Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain playbooks, presentations, battlecards and key sales materials. Manage and integrate sales tools to support efficiency and performance. Use data to measure program effectiveness and address improvement areas. Align sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure unified strategies. Plan and execute QBRs, kick-offs, and leadership training sessions. Identify and address gaps in strategies, tools, or processes to optimize sales outcomes.
