This key leadership role requires extensive knowledge of the sales development landscape and strong people management skills. In this role, you will recruit, develop, and enhance the essential competencies of individual contributors and leaders. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 ADR Managers and their direct reports, as well as contributing meaningfully to defining the outbound strategy for ADR teams in the Americas.

The Sales Enablement Director will spearhead the creation and implementation of programs designed to empower the sales team to achieve peak performance. This role is crucial in aligning sales strategy, tools, content, and training to boost productivity and revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) organization, supporting scalable revenue growth and empowering our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Finance, Enablement, and Systems teams to evolve Airtable’s GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure. This is a highly collaborative and visible role that blends analytics, systems thinking, and program execution.
