Senior Sales Development Manager

Attentive is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Manager to lead our US Enterprise team. You’ll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You’ll coach and develop a team of ambitious and high-performing Sales Development Representatives focused on our US enterprise segment. This is a high-impact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of next-generation sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a high-growth, high-speed organization. You will manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results. You will also develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go-to-market motion.
