Job Description

The Sales Qualification Coordinator plays a critical role in qualifying marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and driving a high-volume SQL pipeline into our Growth Sales Team (GST). This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You will meet and exceed SQL conversion targets by efficiently qualifying inbound and outbound leads. You will engage with potential customers, gathering insights to ensure lead readiness before passing them to sales teams. You'll also work closely with Marketing to provide feedback that improves MQL targeting and lead quality. Maintain structured workflows, ensuring high-volume lead qualification is done efficiently. Utilize data and analytics to track and improve conversion rates.
