The Proposal Manager will lead and manage the proposal development process across our expanding company. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and White Papers. This role plays a critical part in securing new business opportunities and ensuring proposals are compliant and meet customer needs.

This role oversees the creation and submission of business proposals, playing a crucial role in Broadway Ventures’ sales process by ensuring all proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with client needs and company offerings. This role involves analyzing competitor pricing and market expectations to determine the ideal target price for bid submissions, utilizing strategic planning, project management, and collaboration.
