You’ll play a key role on our Revenue Operations team, supporting the end-to-end process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling responses that reflect our brand and values. You’ll also help maintain our proposal content library and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.

As a Sales Capture / Proposal Manager, you’ll support efforts to deliver best-in-class proposals to US state, local, federal, and education entities. Responsibilities include working with the Public Sector Sales and Delivery teams to develop winning, innovative proposals and oral presentations. Expected to become an expert in Resultant services over time. Manage proposal process, develop response plan, contribute to requirement compliance, and act as primary interface.
