About this Role:

• The Associate Pursuit Manager independently manages moderate-complexity pursuits and contributes substantive content to larger, high-priority competitive responses.
• This role expands pursuit capacity by managing proposals end-to-end while supporting senior staff on the most strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned pursuits of moderate complexity from kickoff through submission, developing proposal content and schedules.
• Conduct compliance reviews, maintain Salesforce opportunity records, and ensure resumes and project sheets are current.
• Support interview preparation including coaching sessions, mock interviews, and slide development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of proposal management or business development experience within AEC industry or professional services.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
