Role Overview:
- The Proposal Specialist assists with all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions, supporting field operations and business development personnel.
- This is a dynamic role requiring strategic thinking, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.n
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and assist with proposal responses, both collaboratively and independently, using industry best practices.n- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others, and draft responses for various request types.n- Lead proposal development from creation to bid submission, including continuous process improvement duties.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in English, liberal arts, business, or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years proposal development experience.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; ability to work with Adobe templates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
