The Role:
- Manage competing priorities across proposal and deliverable development in a fast-paced international BD Ops environment.
- Lead end-to-end proposal execution from pre-RFP planning through submission and closeout.
- Drive cross-functional proposal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years U.S. Federal or international government proposal development or BD operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven record of leadership and ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
