Adoptions & RFP Manager

Leads content development initiatives and manage the proposal generation process and company strategy for state adoptions of instructional materials. Manages the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing RFP requirements, drafting, editing, and formatting proposal content, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards. Manages project timelines, coordinate team efforts, and evaluate proposals to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
