As a Senior Consultant, you will work with internal resources, as well as clients, to ensure correct prioritization and timely delivery of both a business as usual model as well as continual improvement tasks. The role is split into monitoring/resolving issues within client production environments, and improving configuration/processes for clients, based on changing needs.

The Business Analyst II assists in the alignment of efforts with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to support strategic initiatives across the organization, eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business needs for medium to large projects. Key responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders and sponsors, compiling requirements, and conveying them to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This Business Analyst role is critical in helping BMMS reach its goals by carrying-out the Business Analyst “Key Functions”. Multi-faceted, acting as a liaison between business, operations, other business analysts, and IT resources internal to BMMS and external with BMMS’ vendors and Berkley sister companies. They perform the business analysis function to help BMMS achieve strategic, project based, and department level success.

In this role, as part of the BHG Transformation Office, you will create and maintain process maps, identify opportunities to improve the origination process, and ensure standard operating procedures align with current state processes. You will drive strategic initiatives that impact business processes, create target state processes, and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful delivery.
